Farahat & Co. understands that the value of our software is largely determined by the quality of our support, so Farahat & Co. commit themselves to providing their clients with superior product support and maintenance. We therefore include in all our software solutions a free, one-year support and maintenance contract. Our customers can renew these contracts after the first year, and over 95 % of Farahat & Co. users worldwide choose to do so!

Owing to the fact that
is used in many critical business applications, we understand that users require immediate assistance. Our Support team will quickly respond to questions either by phone or PC-Anywhere or email or visit the client.

  • Guaranteed support for the application software within 24 hours from the time of reporting.

  • In case the client has the facility of having installed the PC-Anywhere or Citrix Online Technical Support software, we will be able to solve the clarifications/problems immediately.

Duration of the Contract

Annual Maintenance contract period for the software will commence on the day of confirmation of order
and it is valid only for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of order.

Limitations

  • Modifications or customizations to the software are not supported by the Annual Maintenance Contract. Software maintenance deals with providing services to ensure smooth functioning of the existing software; modification deals with adding new features to the existing software.

  • The user is periodically requested to take a back-up copy of volume of the data entered. Farahat & Co. will not be responsible for any data corruption due to users misuse, due to power failure, or any other reasons unrelated to the software package itself. In the case of the user having the back-up Farahat & Co. will help to restore the lost data if possible. While restoring there are chances of some files missing, if so, the user is responsible for re-entering the missing data.

  • Annual Maintenance contract do not include any kind of Hardware or Network support
