These files can be stored to give details such as: Name, Gender, Nationality, Visa details, Labor card details, Qualifications, Work Experience, Salary allowances and other important information. The attendance of the employee can be monitored by giving report regarding absence, punctuality, holidays, and other leave time taken.
The user can also recognize the hours worked by the employee, whether it is regular hours, overtime hours, or shift work, with the wages being calculated accordingly.
It enables the user to control annual leave for the employee, and calculate the salary for the time taken.
The indemnity, which applies through a different status according to the labor law, or one which the user wishes to apply, can also be recognized.
